1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 2u777 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 2u777 website at https://2u777.org and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered on it.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Platform.

2Eligibility

To register an account and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering you confirm this. 2u777 reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any corporate entity or other legal structure.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and keep that information current. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Determining the legality of using this Platform in your jurisdiction is your sole responsibility.
• You must not be registered as self-excluded on this Platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or during any subsequent use of the Platform.

2u777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to terminate any existing account found in breach of these eligibility requirements, without prior notice and without liability.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in them.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username, password or registered mobile number with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account — whether carried out by you or by any other person — is your sole responsibility. 2u777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Notify 2u777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Platform may suspend your account pending investigation on receipt of such a notification.
• 2u777 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time considered appropriate. Failure to complete KYC may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Your registered mobile number must remain active and accessible at all times, as it is used for account recovery, security verification and KYC processes.

2u777 may close accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months. Prior to closure, the Platform will attempt to contact the account holder using registered contact details on file.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on 2u777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay where available. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party funding is not accepted.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction. 2u777 may amend deposit limits at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account previously used to fund the 2u777 account, unless otherwise approved. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform at the time of the request.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds held in your account must be satisfied. Funds that have not met the rollover conditions may not be withdrawn.
• 2u777 may request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its AML and KYC obligations. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory completion of these checks.
• If funds are credited to your account in error, you must notify 2u777 immediately and must not use those funds. 2u777 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited amounts at any time.

2u777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers such as bKash or Nagad may apply their own service charges, which are outside 2u777's control and are the account holder's responsibility.

5Bonuses and Promotions

2u777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash at face value without completing the applicable wagering requirements. A bonus not activated within its stated validity period expires automatically.
• 2u777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to alter the terms of an active bonus before the player has activated it, or to cancel an already-activated bonus if evidence of abuse or fraud is identified.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Claiming a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 2u777 may reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines that the bonus was obtained through exploitation of a technical error, manipulation of the Platform, or any other abusive behaviour.

The existence of a current promotion creates no obligation on 2u777 to continue offering that promotion or any similar promotion in future. Promotional terms are subject to change at any time.

6Gameplay, Fairness and Game Rules

All games on the 2u777 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently verified to produce genuinely random outcomes. The RTP percentages for individual games are available within each game's information section.

• Where a discrepancy exists between the game result displayed on the Platform and the result recorded in server logs, the server log record is the definitive and binding record of the outcome.
• 2u777 is not responsible for losses arising from gameplay interruptions caused by network failures, device malfunctions, power outages or other technical failures on the player's side.
• If a technical fault affects the outcome of a wager, 2u777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original wager amount to the player's account.
• Specific game rules for individual titles — including bet limits, special feature rules and jackpot qualification criteria — are set out within each game and take precedence over general Platform rules where they apply to that specific game.

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football and other events — are subject to their own event-specific rules on settlement, voidance and live-betting procedures, available within the sports section.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place wagers or exploit any part of the game or payment systems.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sports event results, or to exploit bonus promotions in a coordinated manner.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process funds from criminal activity, or engage in any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register an account to circumvent any restriction, suspension or self-exclusion applied to an existing account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm or security measure forming part of the Platform or its game content.

2u777 reserves the right to determine, in its sole and final discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibitions. Funds won through conduct found to be in breach of this section may be voided and reclaimed in full.

8Account Suspension and Termination

2u777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions or bonus abuse rules.
• Receipt of a request from a law enforcement agency, regulatory body or financial institution requiring suspension, investigation or disclosure in respect of the account.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure, submitted through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or by contacting customer support directly.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account and any funds within it will be restricted until the investigation concludes. Where an account is permanently closed due to breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at 2u777's discretion following satisfactory completion of outstanding verification requirements.

9Responsible Gaming

• Any interruption or termination of Platform services due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events or circumstances outside 2u777's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information, statistics or data displayed on the Platform in connection with sports betting markets, where such data is sourced from third-party providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunity, whether or not 2u777 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 2u777 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software, source code, page layout and design — is the exclusive property of 2u777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed or published without the prior written consent of 2u777.

The 2u777 brand name, logo and associated trademarks are proprietary marks of 2u777. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles or advertising — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

12Privacy and Data Protection

2u777 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before registering an account.

13Amendments to These Terms

2u777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual players. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
